This off dry, pale gold, aromatic white wine from Waipara, New Zealand has lovely citrus, lime and ripe red apple flavours. Balanced with minerals and hints of honeycomb, it has good body, acidity and length. Available from Curiouswines.ie
I'm very much liking it. Good to drink now but will no doubt develop over time.
