Stayed for one night with breakfast and evening meal included. Food was excellent on both occasions. Hotel was very clean and busy. Staff very helpful and pleasant, one great fella in restaurant on Tuesday night very helpful and friendly. Bedrooms were clean, comfortable and warm. Enjoyed staying in Louis Fitzgerald and will stay again. Thanks

I normally wouldn't give a high rating when I have a poor night sleep in a hotel but I think we were just unlucky with the room. I made a last minute reservation so I'm thinking this may have been their standby room. It was very near the lift and the walls seemed too thin. We awoke many times during the night due to the hall traffic.
On the plus side is everything else the hotel offered. Staff were the friendliest around, the breakfast was outstanding and the room comfortable.
I'd highly recommend it just make sure you aren't near the lifts.

We really enjoyed our recent stay in the West Cork Hotel. The staff were the friendliest bunch we've met in a long time. The food was excellant - nothing wrong with the pints either! Entertainment was good and everyone made the effort for us to enjoy the weekend. We would easily recommend the West Cork Hotel and the area for a holiday. In fact everyone around were very friendly - definitely a hark back to Ireland of the welcomes

Visited the Arlington in April. Had a wonderful time, staff very friendly and helpful. we were a party of 9 and they made sure we had a table so we could sit together at Breakfast which was really lovely especially the scrambled eggs. Room was very comfortable and we had clean towels every day. The hotel is in a good location for the Bars, attractions and airlink bus which stops right outside. Would definately recommend this hotel and hope to go back on day. Thanks to all the staff for their hardwork and making our stay really enjoyable.
