I think the value of personal recommendations is huge where wine is concerned - three or four opinions from different members of the public are almost as good as having a taste before buying in helping customers make a choice.Bubble Brothers use the LouderVoice widget instead of the review facility built into our online shop because it's proved very simple to work with and has been tastefully adapted by LV to match the look of our site; it fits in with, and helps to promote, twitter and facebook, which are increasingly important places for us to meet our customers; our suppliers love to see their wines reviewed; and I'm in no doubt that LV's enthusiastic development of the widget won't be resting on its laurels. An entirely useful, elegant, wide-awake gadget.

Since integrating Loudervoice into our site (www.klipsch.co.uk) our relationship with our customer base has seen significant improvements. LV really adds a great layer of humanity to our online offering whilst also providing real purchasing confidence to prospective customers.The Loudervoice team have helped introduce our brand to Twitter, Facebook and broadly increased our profile across Google. We're always looking for ways to engage with it@cork members and the LouderVoice widget has really helped us to do just that. We used it for the first time at our last event and were amazed at the number and detail of the reviews. We got some great feedback and because it integrates with the other social media we use it helps to keep everything transparent for our members. We're looking forward to the feedback it'll generate for our other events!

We have very positive feedback on the integration of the LouderVoice API into our website. The integration was straight forward and the technical support we received from the LouderVoice technical team was top class. We have enabled general reviews on our site and service and also reviews on each product page. The feedback from customers has been positive and our sales conversions have increased because more potential customers have been convinced to order after reading the reviews. As well as the reviews being displayed on our website they are also displayed on the LouderVoice website thus increasing coverage and findability of our products.
