LouderVoice api has been running on www.riverdance.com since November 2010 and LouderVoice also runs on the recently launched Riverdance App for iphone, ipad and Android.
Riverdance is primarily a fan website and one key aspect of the site and the new App is to give the Riverdance fans the ability to interact with and give their say on all things Riverdance. Ticketing sites worldwide carry thousands of Riverdance reviews. LouderVoice has enabled Riverdance to incorporate the reviews on Riverdance's own platforms.
LouderVoice reviews are posted in real time thus giving fans the option to voice their views directly and spontaneously while giving us instant feedback. We can communicate directly with the reviewers, answer questions, address any concerns as well as recruiting them for further communications.
The reviews not only add real and relevant content, they also generate fantastic international PR for the show.

I've been using Louder Voice on my interiors and gift online store for some time now. I feel the presence of the reviews instils confidence in our brand, our customer service and the quality of our products. It also allows us to build up the number of our testimonials and it's great that they can be shared on Facebook etc too.
It's all very easy to operate too, excellent service.

Parcel2ship.co.uk have used LouderVoice for 6 months. We sought a flexible review tool where the suppliers are willing to respond to feedback. LouderVoice has proved to be extremely easy to use and has allowed us to give customer confidence in our products and service.
Technically the tool works great and we are working with LouderVoice to improve the offering even further.
All in all we would strongly recommend LouderVoice. Go for it.

Fastnet Line has been delighted with the Louder Voice solution for obtaining customer reviews. It is simplicity itself to use and operate and is an invaluable part of our marketing of the ferry service between Swansea and Cork. We publish all reviews the good and bad which gives credibility to the whole process and serves to keep us on our toes at the same time. Ultimately the overwhleming number of positive reviews is very persuasive we believe and allows customers to make a purchase decision based on peer reviews.

We like LouderVoice because not only does it allow us to obtain reviews of the site from our users, but also allows us to obtain testimonials from clients, which in turn help to sell our service to other clients. We absolutely love how it allows users to Write Reviews via their Facebook & Twitter accounts making it oh so easy for them to submit their review.
Adding our LouderVoice reviews to our Facebook Page using the LouderVoice Facebook app couldnt have been easier. The good folks at LouderVoice are a pleasure to deal with and we couldn't reccommend their service more!

Loudervoice reviews provide an extra service to our bookers. It enables people to read hotel reviews of previous guests which helps the booker to decide which hotel is best for their getaway. The reviews also rewards Hotels that provide a good product & service by driving more business their way. It can also help other hotels identify possible issues with their service. At the end of the day it is the reviewer that will drive other people to the hotels that provide a good service and Loudervoice enables this.

The launch of the SuperPig iPod and iPhone dock has been a tremendous success for us. A major challenge with the launch was getting strong SEO early so that potential customers could find out more about the product.
LouderVoice was a critical part of our SEO strategy and played a strong role in getting us on the first page of Google quickly. The reviews also dovetailed in perfectly with our Social Media strategy and appeared both on our Facebook Fan page and Twitter stream. This meant that the excitement about the product was matched with genuine customer experiences.
By providing so much functionality out of the box at at great price, LouderVoice is now the first tool we think of when planning any new product launch.
