i got a netbook from them they are great at taking your order and money, but from then on its all downhill, the netbook was sold as refurbished a1 meaning good as new, when it arrived it was far from a1 it was slow, kept crashing just totally unusable. Their customer services were awful no helpat all, all they do is keep making excuses, if you use this company you will end up out of pocket, my dispute with them is ongoing, luckily for me those nice people at acer are going to sort it out, i would recomend acer but not laptops direct. and to top it all of the laptop was for my sons birthday which was ruined by them.
