This is the first time I have used Parcel2ship on the recommendation of a friend. The service as exceeded my expectation with a collection in UK on Friday afternoon and delivery in Houston the following Monday. The ability to tack the parcel has also been fascinating!

I have used youthree times now and each time has been completely hassle free. Shipping is easy payment is easy and communication is great. T he only thing I don't like is something beyond your control and that is not being able to get a better collection window than 12 hours. That, however, is a small price to pay against the positives. I found you by accident and now when I want to ship on e-bay I just sit at my terminal and tap it in then someone turns up and collects it and lets me know when it is delivered. Excellent.

Booked the collection for DHL to pick up on their 48hr serice to France, that part no problem, but here I am a week later still no package and the total lack of interest by both Parcel2ship and DHL is unbelieveable.The tracking site is a pack of lies and I have now spent 4 days at home waiting when I should have been at work, the total lack of communication and interest is very disapointing and I would not recommend both DHL and Parcel2ship to my worst enemy

I actually used the Home Delivery service. I was aware of them thru TV Shopping Channels and was delighted to be able to access the same great value service. Trackable delivery and problem free pick from my home. Definitely will use again. Only downside is the lack of extra compensation available (50).
