Arrange collection for friday, but there email's had gone down therefore i was unable to print the postal labels. By the time they finally got this sorted the courier had been and gone, but was unable to send due to no labels. I then re-arranged for collection on Monday morning, that came and went with no sight of the courier. I phoned and complained about the service as the person who was waiting for the item to arrive was doubting my service (popular auction site) and threatening to take there money back. The man who answered the phone didn't seem to sypathetic and said he had re-arranged collection for the nextday (tuesday) again no courier arrived. Wednesday morning i phoned again this time a lady answered (sarah) who was extremely helpful, explained what had happened and how angry the buyer was as they hadn't received there item. She gave me the choice of a full refund, of that the courier would collect between 12-3 that day, so decided to give it one last chance and finally the courier collected the parcel, nearly a week after the original date! Would be excellent value for money if they collected when they promised!
