I used your service to send a parcel of childrens' clothes to some friends in Spain and found it to be fast and reliable. Pickup and collection were within the timeframe specified and I found the tracking facility very useful and easy to use. Can't think of anything off the top of my head that you would need to improve on.

Review of UK Express Parcel Delivery and Courier Service
I used parcel2ship over other similar services purely because you can speak to someone over the phone which I needed as the first time I have personally used courier services and this definitely did make the whole thing easier. However, I booked and paid for the 24 hour delivery and it didn't happen as Parcelforce didn't have me on the pick up list. I assumed as their error they would upgrade to same day free of charge but apparently it doesn't work like that and i would have had to pay the additional fee to guarantee it. This was not parcel2ship's fault as Parcelforce confirmed it was their error but it obviously affects the rating I can give. Again though this was sorted out with far less stress as I could speak to someone on the phone who was very helpful so would definitely recommend parcel2ship's services.

Absolutely brilliant service. Shipping household stuff to my daughter in Guernsey and usual post was costing us a fortune. For under 20 we were able to send 30kg of goods to her. Pick up happened on time and the items were delivered 2 working days later. A lot cheaper than the flight would have been for me to take her the stuff. I have recommended to work and also to other people. Will definitely use again. Five stars well deserved.
