Have used this service twice now and on both occasions cannot fault at all. City Link collected item promptly on day after booking (Sunday) and delivered the very next day. How efficient is that?
I shopped around and City Link / parcel2ship quoted the best prices every time.
Vehicles are clean and tidy, drivers are courteous.
We will definitely be using them again.

Excellent service. Collected same day and by 9:40am next day the item was delivered. Impeccable service. I was a bit nervous because I did the booking online and as an older person I am not always confident things will work as they should. City Link picked up and delivered the parcel: the driver was friendly and polite and, as I said, the delivery was excellent. The price was cheaper than the post office which was the service I almost had when going through Paypal directly. I could still use Paypal - it was one of the options to pay - but this was slightly cheaper and worked ideally. I will definitely use Parcel2 ship again. I noticed they do use other companies so I cannot comment on any other company but the partnership of Parcel2ship and City Link worked well for me. They have a tracking service but by the time I checked where it was at next day the parcel had already been delivered.
