I was very uncertain about sending a precious parcel to Russia ,having read many reviews from other senders regarding lost parcels, weeks in customs etc. I used your service with trepidation . I needn't have worried, the parcel took 2 weeks (which is normal ,usually much longer ) very pleased will defiantly use your service again. Thank you.
