A First Class service at a very competative price. 20kg Parcel was collected on the day requested (at 9:00am!) and delivered the next day by ParcelForce48. No need to drag anything to the Post Office or queue up for an eternity. Also contacted ParceltoShip to re-arrange collection date - phone was answered promptly and very politely and date changed with no fuss. Will use again for sure.
