Booking and emailed notification went fine, no problems.
However the parcel was not picked until 18.15 (City Link promised between 8am and 17.30) so that caused a problem, stayed in all day for no reason which I wasn't happy about, I had given up by 18.00
Delievered no problems so will give 3 stars
