Room verry tidy, warm and comfortable, staff verry friendly, food delicious with generouse servings.
it would be nice to have morning and afternoon tea inc in the price, or a facility in the lounge/dining areas to make your own, as it is a bit awkward to make one in the room. to milk saches are also verry small u need 2-3 for each cup, otherwise, you are doing a fantastic job, I would stay there again.
