Rob is currently working closely with the NSBRC on a number of initiatives, and I have benefitted personally from a couple of training sessions he has run here. His insightful and extremely credible social media training sessions have refreshed my understanding of different social media as business tools, and opened my eyes to a lot of the functionality, which has had an immediate and positive impact both personally and professionally.
