To the Manager I just had to contact you to say that my stay in your hotel was by far the best hotel experience I've had. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have needed the service was second to none but above all was the staff they were excellant, my friend left behind a pair of earrings and when she rang to ask if they had been found she was delighted with the help she recieved from the housekeeping staff especially Lara. I know my sisters are booked in to stay with you in september and I have told them of the execllant standards in your hotel and they are looking forward to thier stay.
