Just a quick note to yourself & all the staff at the Louis Fitzgerald to say
thanks for a great weekend. The hotel was super, one of the nicest we've
stayed in. All your staff were very helpful & friendly especially the
restaurant manager from Dungarvan (don't mention the match) who cut up the
cake on sunday morning and wrapped up all the sections individually. Also,
the personalised menus, the champagne & the cake were a lovely touch for the
anniversary couple.
I must also mention Matt - the bus driver, he was very helpful to us & had
no problem when we needed an extra half hour in the guinness storehouse
!!!!!!!!!!!!
We sat outside on sunday morning (on your new patio area) having some coffee
& lucozade (don't ask) when over strolled a lovely man who sat down and
chatted to us. This was Louis himself and he was an absolute gentleman.
