Great apartment: it is new, in a new building, with elevator, it has a great set of appliances (washing machine, dish washer, microwave, flat TV, air conditioner, even the barbecue!), a nice terrace/balcony and an internal car park slot.
You just need to bring your clothes and toothbrush.
It is close to the center of Cagliari, as well as close to the bus stop for the Poetto beach, and close to the shops (you can go by foot in all 3 places).
It gets 4.9/5 and not 5/5 just because it is a bit exposed to the noise of the A. Diaz street, though the noise diminishes greatly during the evening/night.
Owners are very kind and suggested places to visit, where to go to eat, and gave full support for any need.
